9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 345wim's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.4 345wim's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms and the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by 345wim is governed by the 345wim Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them.
10.2 By registering on 345wim, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, account management, fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, and where you have given consent, direct marketing.
